Look in the owners manual. It will show you how. If you don't have the owners manual, go to the VW web site and download it.

how do you replace parking light bulb in front light assembly of a Toyota 2003 rav4
I found your question while trying to find the same answer for myself. This was my solution. It is not hard to reach the socket. If you haven't changed it as yet. look under the front end and to the side where the light is not working. You should be able to see and locate the standard twist socket for the turn signal light. I fumbled with it for a few seconds and managed to turn the socket and pull it out. There is ample electrical wiring to be able to remove the bulb with ease. When you have pulled out the socket to where you can change the bulb, pull it out, and replace it. Before you replace the socket into its location, try your turn signal to make sure the light is flashing. Then reverse the procedure and replace the light socket by inserting it and turning it into its locking position. This really sound too simple but I couldn't find anything in writing about it. I get better answers from my eight ball than a Ford website.
Most likely because one (or more) of the signal light bulbs is burnt out from the fast flashing side. Check them first, replace the burnt bulb, and they should go back to normal. If there are no burnt out bulbs, then you might consider replacing the turn signal relay.
