well im the fastest 15tn year old in Renfrewshire and thts got more than 1000 15tn year olds with a time of 12.4 seconds ( i think ) but when i was 13tn my time was around 13 seconds so i think thts a gd time

For a 13 year old it depends on your size and your experience with dirt bikes, but an 85 is usually the best size bike and fastest for a 13 year old. Unless you are really tall which you would need a 125.

boys 200m: under 24.5 seconds

girls 100m: under 13 sec

girls 200m under 27 sec.

These are not outstanding times but are average to above average

Normally 9 year old girls wouldn't be running the 100 meter sprint but I happen to have a 9 year old sister who wanted to be like me so she tried sprinting the 100 meters and got an amazing 18.6 seconds but that is a lot faster than average as most 9 year old girls would probably do it in around the 24 second mark.

the respiration needed for sprinting, are long deep breaths to keep a constant flow of oxygen were needed, so at least 4 deep breath for the 100 at most, and try not to breath in the first 30m it help give an explosive reaction to your muscles, when you start breathing.

There are usually three referees in a 100 meter dash. Referee A is the starter who signals the runners by a gun. Referee B keeps the record of time of the 100M dash. Referee C keeps the record of the whole Marathon. Hope this helps!
