Be very careful this has dangers of electrocution ! I would place a heater fan nearby to dry it first before you attempt any cleaning. Then possibly clean it only with compressed air from a blower gun.

You can wash a shower curtain in the washing machine. Just pitch in a towel , add detergent, and wash it as you would any other load of laundry. Hang it back up in the bathroom and let it air dry.

I have cleaned six different engines I use either Palmolive or dawn the biggest concern should be though, not what to clean your engine with but how do you keep the cylinders from rusting after cleaning.

Just put them in the washing machine, (cold water and just a little detergent) sans laces. If youre really anal about it, put the laces in a sock and knot the end to wash them too. DO NOT put them in the dryer! Then let them air dry (sitting in the sun is good, or under a ceiling fan, etc.) Dont stuff them with newspaper or paper towels, (unless your changing them every half hour) it just prolongs drying and allows that funky smell to blossom again!

You could try vinegar and a scrubbing pad, but there are commercial preparations available at home centers for this specific purpose.

Try spraying your usual can that you use to get rid of your body order, this usually works, if it doesn't work try using a marker that is not permanent, draw over the mark on your bath tub and whip off with a cloth or tissue, a tissue is probably better if you don't want to stain your cloth. Remember to whip the marker after you spray it if you use that idea, if you would like better explanation, try typing your question in on You-Tube, that's how i got my information on it, and it works.

Fill a basin with very hot water and add a squirt of a low-pH detergent like quilt soap or original liquid Dawn. Stay away from hand soaps, Woolite or laundry detergents. Carefully lay the article on top of the water and let it soak in for a while. To rinse, empty the basin, carefully remove the article (avoid squeezing, twisting, rubbing, or letting the article hang vertically), refil the basin with clean water, and lay the item back down in the basin to soak. Drain. Repeat rinsing if desired. Remove the article, let it drain until damp, then lay it as flat and naturally-positioned as possible on a dry bath towel or drying rack. Let sit undisturbed until completely dry.

Explanation: Wool is very fragile when wet; the fibers stretch, shrink, and break more easily. Washing involves considerable agitation which will destroy delicate crochets. Dry-cleaning is a misnomer - it is very wet indeed - it simply does not use traditional soaps or detergents.

However, the water itself, even hot, does not cause fulling, shrinking, stretching or other damage; agitation does. Rubbing, pulling, pushing, etc, even by water currents, are to be avoided. The water simply softens the fibers allowing the agitation to cause damage. A high pH exacerbates this, so very alkaline water or highly alkaline cleaning agents (like the glycerin in traditional soaps) will magnify the effects of any agitation.

So, the trick in cleaning wool is to do so as gently as possible, disturbing the fibers as little as possible while wet, using a cleaning agent with as neutral a pH as is feasible.

If you have a Dremel with a very fine grit attachment, you can buff the tile with it. I would test the attachment on an inconspicuous place first to make sure it does not damage the tile. Good luck!

Good advice!, and as you try to buff the surface to restore the original appearance you may want to consider valve grinding compound available at auto supply places. Look at the sealer you used and if it cautions not to expose that product to metals or glass --- Throw It Out! Then use the correct sealing product. Buy one that gives a 15 year warranty for waterproofing and doesn't etch a tile surface.
