We dress up for Halloween because it is a celebration and it is just a way of celebrating it.

Originally it was believed that on Halloween evil was at its most powerful. To make sure people were not attacked by these evils they wore masks to blend in the evils about them. As time went on people realised that these mythical evils did not exist and it turned into a celebration. Shops got onto to it to make money like with most seasons and that is why we now have kids trick or treating in haloween costumes

Costume wigs can be hired at most fancy dress shops. They can be found online at Simply Wigs, All Fancy Dress, Amazon and eBay, in a variety of characters, styles and colours.

I don't recommend stuffing your bra, because you usually can tell if a bra is stuffed. Anything modern. In more traditional (or should I say traditionalist) indigenous communities and autonomous territories (what Mexican isn't an Indian really?) colorful dresses, long colorful stockings, indigenous pigtails...like it's always been. The more modern progressive segment of the population that live in non indigenous towns and cities wear anything modern as was stated earlier. Basically, a hundred years ago a great portion of the rural Mexican population dressed in the traditional forms as there was nothing else to wear or that they could afford at the time. After the Revolution/civil war of 1910- ~1930 and after decades of economic reforms and such much of the rural population of Mexico migrated to cities and took up modern ways of dress. Today, Mexican women basically wear whatever they can afford and looks good just like any other nation on earth. If you don't like the answer, tough. Deal with it. J/k.....

There are many places where you can buy Halloween costume. If Ii divide it for 2 , then the first place is shops around town or at the malls and the other place is the internet.

If you love to shop for Halloween costume than the shops should be fun for you. However, they are time consuming, and they are more expensive than buying on-line. In addition in the last years stores don't invest much in Halloween so the supply is poor. These are only a few reasons why I prefer to buy my costume on-line.
