Does the scale have to appear on a drawing?

It depends on the purpose and type of the drawing.

If the scale would be necessary for proper interpretation of the drawing (e.g. mechanical drawing, plans for a building) then yes.

If the scale would not help in interpreting the drawing (e.g. electronics schematic, software data flow diagram) then no.

What are the kind of perspective drawing?

1)Linear perspective drawing

2)Aeria perspective drawing.

What is the defects that take place in deep drawing?

In deep drawing process the following defects may occur: 1. Wrinkles - caused due to excessive clearance between the punch and die. also caused due to improper pressure pad pressure and die and punch radii, 2. Ruptures - caused by incorrect draw ratio another reason is improper die and punch radii, 3. Excess thinning of the cup wall - caused by incorrect die and punch clearance and radii and also excessive pressure by pressure pad. These are the most typical defects. Hope the above helps.... Expansion of fmb sketch?

Field Measurement Book (FMB)

In FMB's the individual survey number maps are maintained at a scale of 1:1000 or 1:2000. Each survey number is divided into several sub divisions. Each sub division is owned by a owner. The FMB's also depicts the dimensions of each field boundaries and the sub divisions.

What are the two main characteristics of perspective drawing?

  • Smaller as their distance from the observer increases.
  • Foreshortened: the size of an object's dimensions along the line of sight are relatively shorter than dimensions across the line of sight.

How do you draw orthographic projection of curved corners?

All drawing is a form of projection in itself. If you mean how do you project orthographic shapes to trace then the best way would be to place a light 180 degrees behind the object you wanted to draw. This would cast a silhouette (which is essentially what an orthographic drawing is) that you can trace.

How do you draw a lioness?

I have found that the best way to draw a lion/lioness is to start with a thin circular line outlining the head with another circle for the snout/mouth, with an oval for the body and the same for legs. Then add in a nose, and a mouth, after add the leading line of the bridge of the nose to near the eye, after that is done complete the eye which looks almost like a sideways diamond with rounded tops and bottoms. Shade in the outer ridges, and fill in the under eye slightly darker leaving a white spot for the pupil. Add texture to the torso, and create the tail which is roughly the same length as the rest of the body. Create the legs and the paws, and voilà you're done.

What is the surface development in term of drawing and define what is the true length in the surface development?

th surface development is the flat, 2D shape that has to be cut in order to make a 3D form when folded and assembled together. true length is the actual or real lenght of any edges ordistane across a face . it is imperative to know or determine the true length in order to obtain an accurate form after mounting or joining of the flat surface develoopment.length distortion occurs according to position of viewer;for an inclinedsurface, the actual or true length appears reduced th surface development is the flat, 2D shape that has to be cut in order to make a 3D form when folded and assembled together. true length is the actual or real lenght of any edges ordistane across a face . it is imperative to know or determine the true length in order to obtain an accurate form after mounting or joining of the flat surface develoopment.length distortion occurs according to position of viewer;for an inclinedsurface, the actual or true length appears reduced

What is orthographic grid paper?

Orthographic grid paper is grid paper that allows for isometric drawings.

This allows for 3 dimensional drawings, and is common for drawing construction diagrams, as-builts and such. For example, you could use this to account length, width, and elevation.

Draw a 'Hilight' at the top ('') Just were those commas are. (º ) Like that.

Next draw a black filled in just behind that hilight. (º■) Like that but circular.

Then id you want ad extra hilights around the eye.

NOW shade lightly in the blanck eye carful not to cover the hilights.

For the shape of the head, draw very lightly a circle. Use this as your base. Next fill in the details such as making the chin a little pointey rather than just a circle. Make sure not to cover the whole face up with the hair. Make sure to also make some of it hang down in front of the face a little bit. I hope this helped. Have fun drawing

ok, i have been drawing manga and anime for quite a few years, the trick is to draw a sort of cartoon, to start, draw the eyes, for the top lid, draw a curve that looks like an frown, dont draw too large and make it a bit thick, as for the bottom, draw a line below the curve, not longer than the curve. connect the edges of the line to the curve, the eye should be a bit wider at the top but not reach the edges of the curve. in any corner, put a circle, not too big and not too small, dont color it in AT ALL. now draw a crescent at the bottom of the eye. now shade in the open area of the eye thats not the circle or crescent. now go about two eye widths over and redraw the eye.

the nose will sit as a small dot in the center of the face at the bottom of the eyes. draw the mouth as a small curve a short ways beneath the nose, not too close. beneath the mouth should be a small horizontal line that is not big at all, maybe a 5th the width of the actual mouth. now an inch or so below that line you should draw another dot. this just marks the chin. from each side of the eyes, about maybe a centimeter or two away from the actual eye, draw a verticle line from the top of the eye down to between the mouth and nose, now draw from the line to the dot for the chin. this should out line the face.

above the eyes should be eye brows, slightly longer then the top of the eye, not too thick, and also curvy. from the top of the verticle lines to the bottom of the bottom of the eye, you need to draw a curve, like a half oval, on both sides of the head. these are the ears. now, connect the two vertical likes wit another half curve that is the top of the head. draw the hair as you like. if you arent pleased then just work with the picture and use some anime pictures online to guide you until your picture is just right.

What is isometric movement?

Isotonic contraction results in shortening of the muscle, leading to movement.

In Isometric contraction, as the name implies, there is no change in length of the muscle. Thus, it can't lead to any movement.

However, Isometric contraction adds or removes power from a movement, thus facilitating or retarding it.

This, facilitation and retardation itself gives us a feeling of movement, for example walking, even in the total absence of actual movement i.e. walking.

This feeling of movement induced by isometric contraction is known as Isometric movement.

We use isometric movements in thinking and dreaming.
