There are countries in the EU who have adopted the Euro. They are members of the Eurozone. There are other countries, who either don't want to adopt the Euro, or are in the process of adopting. Check the link below.

just 2 countries are surrounding the Netherlands: Belgium in the south and Germany in the east. They have the Northsea as a natural border on the North- and Westside.

Europe is not a color, as no continents are actually colored. However, if you're referring to a map where the continents are all different colors to separate them visually, then the color can differ. Europe will usually be blue or green, but there isn't truly a reason for that.

No. Europe is a continent, not a country. It has about 50 countries in it. Russia is a country. Part of it is in Europe and most of it is in Asia.
