The Dishdasha is an Important symbol of equality and is so suited to the climates of the Middle East that it's design has changed little in hundreds of years . In hotter months, Men tend to wear white robes, whereas during the winter many people Wear a DishDasha that is made from Wool, which are often Darker colour. They are usually worn with loose white trousers underneath called Sirwal Mekassar. The DishDasha is Sometimes accompanied by a Bisht. This loose robe is worn on top of the DishDasha, espacially in colder weather. Bishts Are made of cotton or camel hair or Sheep Wool and are always trimmed with beautiful golden embroidery.
