She can take any paracetamolum ((500mg/tablet), as long as she does not take more than 6 a day and leaves 4 hours between intakes. Panadol is okay to take. If it doesn't work, talk to someone in a pharmacy/chemist who will be able to advise her on what she can take.
You can also take panadol when breastfeeding.
The only over the coutner pain reliever she should take is Tylenol, it will not harm the baby. Anything else you will want to see a doctor, and get a perscription. Do not have her take any Ibuprofen or Asprin.
You could be pregnant.
What can you do with a little girl that is crying because she has a tummy and a headace?
It must be a very bad pain and maybe she should see a doctor. Most kids don't cry unless the pain is bad.
There are many things that could cause this condition, including pneumonia. I would see a physician to have it checked out.

What is Gain the Pain by Whitney Perret about?
Its about the struggles a mother and daughter relationship. The daughter is growing up, but not old enough to be taken seriously in the mothers eyes. The mother doesnt see the daughters feelings as real, but dismisses her feelings as teenage angst. The daughter want the mother to know that what she feels is very real to her and that childhood thoughts and feelings do impact who you are, even in the future.
See your doctor.
These kind of symptoms should not be allowed to continue without an examination. It may be something simple but it could also be serious.
yea thanks I have been trying its easier said then done because i dont have insurance.
First of all, as a nurse and not a doctor, I would advise you to go back to your surgeon for evaluation. You have not indicated how recently you have had your surgery and without knowing that, it would be improper as well as impossible to evaluate your situation online. The individual best qualified to evaluate you at this point would be your surgeon.
