Writing dialogue is not as hard as you're letting it seem. You have dialogue all the time -- it's called talking. Yes, but it will not work because their tea is quite bland from Pakistani stand point. They only serve muffins, cookies or breads. Pakistanis don't always like to eat that stuff. Clientele would be zero compared to where the vast variety of condiments and sweets are available. Self service eatouts can never gain popularity except something like hotspot..but even then how many do?... Pkistanis or Indians don't drink much coffee which pretty much sums it all.
