When did the British rule India and Pakistan?
The whole of the Indian Subcontinent (Modern India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Burma, Bhutan, Sri Lanka) was originally a part of greater India (Mahabharat). When the British left India many regions of greater India called for independance. The far western states of India were predominantly Muslim and feared oppression under the rule of the Hindus (Many other breakaway provinces were predominantly Buddhist & they had the same fears) therefore asked for an independent Muslim homeland in the west of India, this land of course became Pakistan.
So to answer your question, the British didn't take over Pakistan (as it was only created in 1947) but rather the part of India that became Pakistan. and they took over at some point during the mid 1800s.
What are the problems of women's in Pakistan?
There is a direct link between the health statuses of women and women’s low societal standing in Pakistan. For instance, the maternal mortality rate in rural Balochistan is 800 maternal deaths to 100,000 live births. This ratio in the end adversely strikes at the health of her children as well as national economy. Not only can these but evident differences among health status of women and men are visible in Pakistani polity. The poor women’s health is as much a social plight as much it is medically.
Factors like lack of awareness regarding women’s health requirements, low literacy ratio, low social status and civil constrains on females are responsible for women’s below standard health in Pakistan. Men and women both are poorly educated about family planning consequently affecting the health of mother and child. Perhaps the greatest loss to the family and economy of a country as one need to comprehend that woman is the glory of all that is created.

Alleging that kite flying is a Hindu event is also sheer ignorance. The sport originated in China about 5000 years ago, when Hinduism was in non existent. Why single out kite-flying then, especially when it is a source of joy for the old and the young men and women? The simple reason is that Hindu at Basant Festival fly kites for enjoying Basant. With times Muslims who were living together with Hindus in the sub-continent also join them in kite-flying. Since then Muslims are taking participation in just kite-flying at the time of Basant connotating it as Pala Urant. Now a days people of Lahore enjoy it by kite flying competition and by visiting the shrine of saint Madho Lal Hussein, where they assemble to pay their benediction.
Lahore is becoming the main focal point for the celebration of this festival in Pakistan. People traditionally fly kites on the roofs of their buildings. It is commonly observed that rest houses, hotels and house of relatives of the participants are fully packed with guests from all over the country. Moreover some five star hotels also arrange this function on their roof top for foreigners and other high class gentry. They also arrange variety of dishes with musical concert. Sometimes Lahorities on this occasion become emotional and in this state create law and order problems for the administration. Some of them use metal thread for kite-flying. Their such a deed oftenly imposes, besides life threat, a serious problem for WAPDA when the thread touches the live wires.

Before I answer this, please understand this:
Pakistan was created/ partitioned in 1947 from India (Bhaarat, a Hindu country since milleniums) due to the lame leadership of Gandhi who believed non-violence is the highest principle. When the Muslim leader - Jinnah, representing the 10% or so of India's then population who were Muslims, said, "Give us a separate land for Muslims, or there will be civil war," Gandhi chose partition of India to avoid civil war and violence.
But then Gandhi foolishly allowed the Muslims to live in India if they wanted to. Thus there remained no purpose of partition for India. And the partition did not stop violence at all.
So, Gandhi failed in making the Muslims non-violent. As soon as Pakistan was created, it invaded Kashmir and illegally occupied some part of it.
Ialam has invaded in India about 1000 years ago by force and has caused Hindu genocide of 80 million Hindus. In Pakistan they continuously kill Hindus even until now. India knows Islam's terrorism since 1000 years. Islam agenda for the non-Muslims has not changed since 1400 years.
Almost all of the Muslims in Pakistan and India sub content are the descendents of the Hindus who were forcibley converted to Islam a few centuries ago.
Pakistan is not secular. Islam is their official religion. Islam is not tolerant of any other religion and is anti-democratic. 1400 year Islam history shows that wherever Islam has invaded, peace has gone.
