Talking about Punjab (the biggest province) winter season is very limited. Almost 310 days out of total 365 days are sunny. And areas like Cholistan Desert (16,000 square kilometers), Indus Valley Desert (19,500 square kilometers), Kharan Desert, Thal and Thar Deserts (200K Sq. kilometers) are generally 365 days sunny.

So all in all, we can say that apart from Northern region, whole of the Pakistan is sunny through out the year.
