Rashes

I had the symmetrical rash on the back of my knee which lasted for about a month. It turned out to be shingles. It didn't itch that much until I went through the healing stage on the last week. Then I couldn't scratch enough. The first three weeks however turned out to be painful to the touch, but the pattern looked pretty cool, I could count the dots both across and down, and they matched in number both ways. What I'm having a problem with now is random NON ITCHY red dots and blotches on my left arm. I have had it for a year now, and it never itches. Sometimes a dot would appear and the only way I know its there is because I have blood on my clothes. Once in a great while, one would surface and break the skin. Again, I have no other sympton that it was there except visually. On some occasions, I develop a cluster of blotches that form an interesting symmetrical shape, all within the same size and color. I went to a couple of doctors who told me different things. I had my blood drawn and tested for a full panel on my platelettes, colesterol, blood sugar, thyroid, diabetis, everything. No one can tell me anything at all that can be corroborated through pictures online etc.

Yes, but not really. Egg whites contain dense protein chains of which comprise about 15% of mass of egg white. The rest is mostly water. SO, some sort of protein based allergy is happening. Time for an allergy check up at the dr. Be sure to tell him/her about the egg white incident so as to narrow the causal agent.

Small red bumps. Small dot in the middle. Clear sticky substance sometimes oozing from the bump. Extremely itchy.

Sounds like thrush but you need to get It checked out by a doctor only they can make a true diagnoses.

You might have gotten bit by a bug. Or touched something that you are allergic too, such as a cleaner or a new soap or lotion. your palm may also itch because of an irritated nerve within the mussel of the palm and so you are unable to sooth it MONEY!!!

I have had shingles three times. I am in the midst of my third outbreak. I must say that it is not as painful as the other two, but there are more lesions. I do have an autoimmune illness called Sjogrens Syndrome and

that could possibly be why I am more prone to them. This has been over a

period of about 12 years.

i have no answer but my grandchildren have them too. as did my brother and i as toddlers. we took my youngest grandson to the doc yesterday, he says it is clogged pours and that it goes away. i dont really care for this doc, he thinks everything is nothing. but i would love to know what it is and if it can be treated.

yah i have the same problem, I have long purple streaks on my inner thigh that have seemed to be moving along my thigh and growing larger, would this be like stretchmarks, or maybe something more serious? I too, have this problem, its what brought me to the site. can anyone help me ... mine are notheing like veins or anyting ... there more like stretch marks. thx in andvance (P.S. I'm male)

My son has a rash caused by Bacillus cereus, he has had it about 3 weeks. He was only 3 weeks old when it started. It began similar to infant acne, small red bumps, some with white heads in the center, he had this sporadically on his face, scalp chest and back. The body cleared up but face bumps turned into scaly, crusty dry patches I thought he had excema. Dr. Had us apply 1% hydrocortisone cream but we only applied it a couple days and rash cleared up so it may have been a coincidence. He still has a little bit of rash on face but 90% clear.

The platinum ring can wear away at the white gold ring because platinum is a stronger metal than gold. Because white gold is plated with rhodium to look white, a platinum ring will wear away the plating of a white gold ring faster than usual, revealing a yellowish tint and requiring the white gold ring to be re-plated sooner and more frequently. Another thing to note is that though platinum is hypoallergenic, white gold often has nickel alloy in it, which can cause allergic reactions.

I think even white gold against white gold can cause a problem. They wear away each other's rhodium even faster than usual. I would go with platinum for both -- it's more durable and it won't wear away because it's a stronger metal and doesn't scratch. (Any "scratches" aren't really scratches - they are more markings - and can be polished away.)

I have had some experience with redness from a rash on my cheeks before. I used a cream not a lotion (cream and lotion is almost the same thing). What i used was it works very well it works well but i used dove cream oil and i got redness. then i used natures creation(from lavenders and the smell is lavenders)and it worked great

I'm not sure what it could be but if you have a gyn, then make an appt. If you don't but you can get to a planned parenthood or some clinic like that, then go. It can be anonymous and there won't be a charge if your under 18. Good Luck!

It does cause skin irritations , I suffer every summer because of this plant. My first indication that I've been in contact with the plant is an "underlying" swelling of my fingers. Its hard to explain in detail... I remember a professor of mine asking us why some patients describe their heartbeat as a symptom: " I feel like my heart is pounding". He explained that the patient was experiencing " an awareness of his or her heartbeat". Thats what I get in my fingers, they feel swollen even though they look fine. When I close my hnd I feel a bit resisted by the finger with the underlying rash. The other half of my reactions is the rash spreading from underneath the skin. I get a sort of water blister on the affected area. And it spreads rapidly until I receive medicine. Itchiness persists without ointment and it usually takes me out for one week since my hands become overrun with the blisters/boils. Even now I'm feeling swelling in my ring finger and have an appoinment for tomorrow afternoon. I'm starting to see some bumps on my fingers meaning it won't be an underlying rash for much longer. I was trying to find any home remedies or specific antihistamines/ topical ointments to counteract the coming rash. I only get one day of warning before the rash starts emerging., that was today. My hands are usually affected first from yardwork or sports, and they don't itch at first, if its anywhere else on my body itchiness sets it quickly . Hope it helps

If it is mild uticaria(hives)then anywhere from 24 hours to four days.If it's chronic uticaria then it lasts anywhere from 3 weeks to the rest of your life.

Sounds like heat rash, cotton underwear and some fresh air should sort it.
