It started when she was about four months along, as a red and blistery rash on her stomach. She ended up being hospitalized for the last part of her pregnancy because she was covered from head to toe in giant pus-filled blisters. The doctors said her case was the worst they could find record of. I would probably visit the doctor just to make sure everything is okay. A mild case would be cleared up with a prescribed ointment.

It could be what you are washing your sweats in. You could be having an adverse reaction possibly to your detergent, the one you are washing your sweaty workout clothes in. Then, you might to need to try only wearing cotton in your workout clothes. That's a good start. Anything with spandex or nylon won't breath properly and can cause rashes on some people. Could be a heat rash through excessive sweating...and living in it. (The living in it is important; you have to work at sweat for a long dry while to get it to irritate.) Meaning... sweat that is not washed out with a detergent that does not create problems just because it and your body dont get along, can by its self cause rash and other problems: such as being the breeding ground for yeast, molds and other fungi, on you, your body. Warm sweaty places are good places for unwanted growths. Wash sweats often, even with just water.
