Google videos can be downloads sometimes from the actual site where they are being played. Not all of the videos can be downloaded though so just because they can be watched does not mean they can be downloaded.

you go to your video that you want to download and look at the side where the user has uploaded that video

you click on the link on the side that says more information and it will give you the URL and the other links so underneath more information under neath that link if you click on it it will give you the URL to that video trust me i have done it before!
