our school nursing students got a research regarding this problem and im one of there "experiment". i always have pimples but when im applying an ampalaya extract on my face every night or day, just one apply for one day. it's effective. their instruction is to wash your face using your facial wash, rinse and dry, then apply the extract for 15 minutes (i believe it's a blended ampalaya) after that rinse it. that's it. :)
