How are the Book of Job and the Book of Genesis different?
The Books of Genesis tells different stories and are of that reason different. However they do both contain creation material.
Genesis contains two complete creation stories, at Genesis 1:1-2:4a and 2:4b-2:20. Some scholars think of Genesis chapter 5 as possibly a third creation story.
Job contains fragments of a much more primitive creation story, especially in chapter 38ff, where God querulously asked Job where he was when God created the world and if he is so righteous that he could do any of the things that God had done. Here we see suggestions of how at the time of creation God had to fight the chaos monsters, for example the behemoth and the leviathan. Chaos monsters were once closely associated with many creation stories of the Near East.

Kass (The Beginning of Wisdom: Reading Genesis) says, we must scrupulously avoid reading into the second story any facts or notions taken from the first, and vice versa. Thus, the first people from Genesis 1:26 have no place in the second creation story, while Adam and Eve have no place in the first creation story.

Yes, according to Genesis 5:4 "And the days of Adam after he had begotten Seth were eight hundred years: and he begat sons and daughters" Adam had at least two sons and two daughters, in eight hundred years though he must have had a lot more than that. Even at the time of Seth's birth Adam and Eve were 130 years old, so it is highly unlikely that Cain and Abel were the only two sons that Adam and Eve had before Seth. When you take into account that when Cain was being exiled for the murder of Abel, he feared retribution (from whom?), then in his exile his wife bears him a son (where did the wife come from?), and builds a city in his son's name (with who's help?) it becomes clear that when God blessed Adam and Eve with "Be fruitful, and multiply" in Genesis 1:28, He really meant it.
