Adderall is a mixture of 4 very potent amphetamine salts causing very intense, prolonged, stimulation. ussualy the duration of AdderallXR 30mg capsules is 12hours of realease., now while i took it to loose weight, i was consuming much higher doses than 30mg (VERY DANGEROUS) ussually i would intake around 90 - 180mg at a time. but under my circumstance i am not out of shape. i consumed Adderall to make the weight limit for football. it is very hard to tell what your dose range should be. I'm not giving you the okay to extend the dose. preceed at your own risk. make sure you consume a good amount of water (Dont over do it, you can dround your self from the inside out) stay away from any extreme work outs or excessive heat & sweating. remember everybody is different. so expect differernt results than what you read. in 1 week of use i dropped 11lbs of body fat. 1.7lbs of waterweight. research it before you experiment. too high dose range can cause longterm adverse respitory and cardiovascular effects. PROCEED WITH CAUTION!

They shouldn't do. Only if you've taken Meth/Amphetamine will you fail... Ephedrine wouldn't show on a regular drug test, but to be on the safe side just take the pack of Ephedra supplement pills you have to the test to show the tester what you've been taking.

I would recommend trying other medications in place of Adderall / concerta (i.e. Wellbutrin, Strattera, etc). Stimulant medications are linked to irritability in some people.

Let me teach you how to calculate this value. Every drug has a value called a half-life. There are many different kinds of half-lives, but when we talk about half-life in general like this (removing the drug from the body), we are talking about "elimination" half-life. This is the value you see in data sheets on places like Wiki. The half-life means "The time taken for Half the drug to be eliminated". Anyway, the half-life of Oxycodone (Percocet) is 3 - 4.5 hours. Now a lot of factors can increase this value (eg. if you suffer from renal failure, liver issues etc.) But assuming the worst, and let's say you have taken 40mg of Oxycodone. This means: 4.5 hours later - 20mg remaining 9 hrs later - 10mg remaining 13.5 hrs later - 5mg 18 hrs - 2.5mg 22.5 hrs - 1.25mg So all in all, to be on the safe side, keep this value at 36 hours but allow a buffer of upto 48 hours to be on the safe side since there are other factors to consider like your dosage and body-weight. there are just so many factors that go into it that a blanket question like that cannot be answered without more info. I take around 60mg a day and way 220lbs. I commonly take up to 120mg when I have a lot going on at work. I also have a tolerance from taking it for the past 10 years. But I highly dislike the people who say "omg yes that's way to much!! See a doctor" or the drug addicts who just took 300mg and are tweaking out writing rants about how messed up they are. Anyways, over in the UK they did an actual study on ppl overdosing on adderall and ended up coming to the ballpark method of for calculating the "fatal dose of adderall" it is 20-25 / your weight in kg.... So a person who ways 150lbs (assuming no pure existing medical conditions) would die around 1336mg of adderall ... Bam how's that for an objective answer.

The patient had no family history of cardiovascular diseases, and his past medical history was remarkable only for ADHD. Prior to the episode, the patient had not taken his medication for weeks and had been drinking whiskey the previous three nights before going to bed. No. To do so would be a lesser equivalent to mixing cocaine and heroin, also known as a "speed-ball." Speed-balls have been responsible for many deaths usually by failure of the heart. One famous example would be the death of Layne Staley original front-man for the band Alice in Chains.

The only way this mixture would be ok would be if the morphine were administered by a doctor with the doctor having full knowledge of the Adderall being in your system.

The Lab can Determine if the substance is adderall-(amphetamine) and or if it's concerta. Concerta's main ingredient is methylphenidate and adderall is amphetamine. a long time ago I was prescribed Concerta, I had also been taking more than I was supposed to and ran out early. During this time I had also had been given a call back for a second interview with Walgreens. I was having bad withdrawls and asked my friend, who was prescribed adderall, to lend me a few until I got my next script. I went to the interview and got the job and had to take a drug screen! I wasn't worried because I thought the adderall would show up the same as concerta(possible meth) I waited anxiously to hear back from Walgreen's, and to my dismay it was the lab calling to tell me that I tested positive for amphetamines. The man asked me what meds I was taking and I told him Concerta, and he said that Concerta isn't amphetamine and asked if I was taking adderall. Than he asked what pharmacy I goto and like most people I go to Walgreen's. I finally told him the truth and was denied the job!! I WAS PISSED!!!! I had to tell my parents it was terrible.... As Far as clearing it out of your system if i eat licorice or any juices with citric or absorbic acid (vit C) I immediately get sleepy I know everyone is different but for me Citric acid kills the adderalls effects and in fact seems to do the opposite by over sedating me. As far as over the counter amphetamine I recommend 100-200 mg of 5-HTp taken before bed, the next day you may have great energy as well as in good mood. But do not take 5-Htp if you are on Lexapro or another SSRI, as the serotonin released may cause a rare problem called serotonin syndrome.
