If you took 15mg of adderall at 3pm and 10mg of Oxycontin at 7pm when should it wear off?
I used to take Adderall XR, but now take Dexedrine Spansules (Dexedrine is like Adderall, but a little different) for ADHD.
Adderall
If one takes an Adderall at 3PM, assuming it is instant release, its effects will last anywhere from 4-8 hours depending on external factors such as weight, stomach contents, metabolism, etc. Also, if one have an alkaline stomach or digestive/urinary track, the effects off Adderall may be amplified or prolonged. Conversely, if it is acidic, then effects may be decreased or last shorter than normal.
If it is the extended release (Adderall XR) version, its effects can range from 8-16 hours, depending on the same external factors stated before. (In other words, one may be up all night or very late.)
OxyContin
Now, onto the OxyContin. Assuming one are taking it as prescribed, the effects should last 12-16 hours depending on external factors.
If one decides to be an not-so-smart individual, and crushes the OxyContin up, effects will last about 3-6 hours, but much stronger than taking the pill whole.
NOTE:
The stimulant effects of Adderall may cancel out the Depressant effects of OxyContin. As both substances induce euphoria, the OxyContin and Adderall will produce a stronger feeling of happiness/well-being/etc. Or you may just feel sick. Each person is different, so individuals should know their individual reactions to drugs.

Well the drug in cold and cough medicines that makes you "trip" is dextromorphan or DXM for short. Taking dextromorphan with sertraline(zoloft) can cause serotonin syndrome, which is pretty dangerous and the medicine information that came with my zoloft says it can be fatal. I also think that your not supposed to take adderal with zoloft either, probably for the same reasons, but Im not sure about that one. Just google drug interactions between the things you might be taking. Gotta be on the safe side with medicine!

Absolutely not. Yes, it will make you urinate with more frequency but taking this drug will definitely make you test positive for amphetamines, which may or may not be worse than what you are trying to clean out of your system with which to begin.

Of course, there's something to oppose, the effect; help reverse it. In my case, through recreational drug usage of 4-methylmethcathinone (known more popularly as "mephedrone") - a legal substance, and interval dosages (at prescribed amount/rate) of generic-Adderall (instant release, not XR), I had found myself turning purple in the hands, and my veins had become more pronounced, and more visible in the skin.
Mephedrone is considered a cathinone, a phenethylamine, and an amphetamine. It is a vasodialator and therefore, it's purpose is to make your veins expand once more.
Please, seek medical advice and attention should your problems really extinuate beyond the bounds by which you are comfortable with, or can handle. When I was admitted, I had uncontrollable shaking in the hands, and it felt off-kilter trying to walk into the ER front room that night. If it gets this bad, even if you think you can gun it, I strongly suggest you go on to get to the hospital/ER. Remember, doctors legally cannot release medical information, as it compromises doctor-patient confidentiality, to the government, and therefore, trust them whole heartedly. Tell them what you took, should it get that bad.
