Concerta is long acting and although you might feel a come down feeling after it peaks, it is active in your body for on average 12 hours from the time it is taken. If you take the Adderall while the Concerta is still in your system I doubt it would make you feel better and could even make you feel worse.

I have been taking it for my allergies, and have not noticed any interaction from it, nor have I found that it would reduce the effectiveness of your adderall from my own research on the web. If anything, it is better to get rid of the allergies because they are a distraction :)

No. Topamax and Seroquel is better. They are probably giving you the Adderall for any ADD you may have or in some cases a mood stablizer. Mood stabilzers, such as Topamax which also has many other medical uses, work best with Seroquel.
