To be fair a lot of anime’s that are suitable are rated 12 or something like that because of the gore

well, most recent anime songs that AKB made was for AKB0048(its anime). AKB0048 used real AKB members for voice acting. the AKB producers used AKB songs to put in anime. i personally think because AKB uses so many members to sing, sometimes the songs are not great(you can disagreed with it since it is my own oppinion). AKB0048(the anime) used what i think best out of bests. album will be release on 10/4/2013

That specific relationship is over used , as such there are lots of anime's that have that potential relationship. Try Crescent Love or Yona of the Dawn.
