How do you releive headache?

Headaches are usually a symptom of an underlying problem. If you get headaches more than once or twice a week, you may want to do some research on chronic headaches. For occasional headaches, Ibuprofen is sufficient in relieving pain. Follow the guidelines on the package.

I wouldn't recommend using a product like Excedrin, which contains caffeine, because the caffeine can actually cause you to have a rebound headache the following day. This is also true for continuing use of OTC pain killers, which is why I have recommended you look into causes of chronic headaches if that is the case with you.

Which mental disorder means split mind?

That would be schizophrenia.

If you were to take a look at the etymology of the word, you'd find that it's in fact a contraction of two Greek words: schizein ("to split") and phren ("mind").

So, the word schizophrenia could be somewhat literally translated as "split-mind."

What is a positive feedback loop in reference to anxiety?

Refers to the over-reaction to symptoms exhibited by people who are suffering a panic attack (ie; thinking they're having a heart attack) and the subsequent increase in anxiety levels.

Note: Positive feedback is actually an electrical term meaning "feedback that results in the amplification or growth of the output signal." In terms of anxiety, this means the feedback (the symptoms) amplifies (worrying unnecessarily about symptoms) the output signal (increased anxiety).

How long did the panic last and how was order restored?

The panic typically refers to financial crises or economic downturns, such as the Panic of 1837 or the Panic of 2008, which can last from several months to several years. Order is usually restored through a combination of government intervention, such as fiscal stimulus or monetary policy adjustments, and gradual recovery in consumer confidence and market stability. Structural reforms and regulatory changes often follow to prevent future occurrences. Ultimately, recovery timelines vary based on the severity of the crisis and the effectiveness of the measures implemented.

All of the ways how to get rid of anger?

Killing things on video games, punchbags, strenuous exercise, screaming into a pillow, crushing/squeezing/stabbing playdough, scrubbing your skin with a toothbrush, stomps ( a walk in which you stamp your feet to get rid of energy), scribbling hard on a piece of paper, ripping up paper, wringing towels in your hands as hard as possible, crying, kicking a ball hard into something and pretending it is someone you hate, do push ups until you are to tired to be angry any more, jump rope, growl loudly over and over again, swear at everything over and over again, use a stress ball, breathe deeply and try to calm down, and most importantly: DISTRACT YOURSELF. Watch TV, do homework/work, listen to music, draw/paint, meditate, watch funny videos on youtube, generally do things you enjoy to take your mind off it.

But, DO NOT hurt anyone or any animals, release your anger in some of the ways above, not by violence towards others, that will get you nowhere. You could even practice martial arts on your own if you want, that's good for anger, but do not go round hurting people.

I hope this helped! Good luck!

How do you prevent anxiety attacks with out taking meds?

Okay so I've experienced an anxiety attack personally and i found, more than meds, it can be family, sports or doing anything that you surely love to do even if its 3am at the morning. Just smile , breath deep and tell yourself "tat come on, stop fooling i know ur just playin with me!".

Do listen to some really really calm music, it works, and breath in and out slowly.

If the symptoms last for more than 5-6 hrs.

Go to the doctor. =) it might be tat an anxiety attack last until you'r convinced tat everything's allright and it can last upto hrs and hrs , depending on the individual i guess, but get to a doctor, get an ECG done, and don't always think that this thing is just an anxiety (panic) attack. It might be something else too

Dont panic. Everything can be treated if its cured at the right time!.
