I had this happen to me as well, you and him should not be together right now. He is not ready to be in a committed relationship with someone else because he has his own problems to deal with, I understand that you both love each other but speaking from experience the outcome will not be pleasant. In the end you will only feel as if you you were not good enough. My suggestion is to split up, maybe you can both work on yourselves and reconnect but for now going your seperate ways is for the best.
What if you have panic attacks and your parents don't believe you?
You need to learn how to deal with stress without panicking - that's where meditation and positive thinking comes in. Start learning something like yoga or any other meditation so that you learn how to relax whenever you want to. Also, deep breathing helps - it is physically impossible for someone to panic if they're focusing on breathing deeply. Learn how to replace panicked thinking with positive thinking as well - if you have a thought like "I'm going to die" tell yourself "STOP! (it's important to think that word because it helps you know when you need to change your thinking) While people do die suddenly, they don't die because of a panic attack. I can get through this by breathing deeply and relaxing."
Finally! Some one else out there that's like me. This is normal, I guarentee you, you could just be low in sugars and stuff like that really.
But pretty much, I get this when I have an attack, Only, I know that I can feel it , and I can feel things, but, It's a very light touch, When i walk, it feels like im wakling down an escallater, but, on the other side, so ill do down while it goes up, this is only because of my first attack, that's when it happened, so each time I have one, when I walk at first,it felt like that, but it doesn't any more I don't think, all I know is that, everything is fine mate. Basically ALL OF THESE SENSATIONS are perfectly normal, all of these problems are normal.
So honestly though, anxiety and panic attacks usually co-insides with irrational thoughts and problematic thinking, it's all about you trying to figure out if somethign else is wrong, right? Well, there's nothing else wrong.
Based on my experience of dealing with anxiety and severe panic attacks, you are feeling surges of adrenaline. Before I got on medication I used to run through the house or jump in the shower with freezing cold water to try and shock my system out of the feeling I was experiencing. Then I would get chilled to the bone and wrap up in a bunch of blankets. This would go on for hours at a time. My condition was brought on by too much stress in an abusive relationship for too many years. The best thing to do when it happens again is go for a walk and take deep breaths through your nose and very slowly and controlled, exhale out of your mouth. This is easier said than done but try not to start the "What if...?" thinking. That is a vicious cycle that is hard to get out of and will make your anxiety escalate even more. Along with my medicine, I do breathing exercises and listen to Baroque music. These things help me a lot. But what works for one person may not work for another. You just have to try different things. One constant that does work is the deep breathing method. It helps calm your mind and relax your body. It sends more blood to your brain, making you feel better, less light-headed. Hope this helped.
We have found no indications in the literature that Xanax causes liver damage. However, people with reduced liver function may not metabolize the drug as efficiently, causing the blood levels of Xanax to exceed the optimum therapeutic level.
Alcohol and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS), especially those containing acetaminophen, such as Tylenol, Vicodin and Percocet, are the most common causes of liver damage. Even small doses of acetaminophen in combination with alcohol can cause serious damage, making two Tylenol and a beer a deadly hangover "cure."

What About Panic Attack Treatment?
I suffer from panic attacks to the point where I have had to have an ambulance called to assist me.
My answer to this question is not an exact treatment but helpful when having one, TRY and relax, breath slowly inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth, this slow breathing WILL slow your heart rate down allowing you to start relaxing.
This I know can be difficult when you feel that you cannot breath and you are panicking for air but trust me it does work. I also understand how scary it is, especially when it happens and you are on your own but trust in your own ability to control the attack. When you have done it once you start to build up the confidence that you are in control and like me, will have less panic attacks.

What is a recommended way of getting off clonipin after taking it for 5 years?
I am assuming you mean Clonazepam. Go see your doctor. Don't try to get off any drug by yourself. A doctor will very slowly taper your dose down over weeks. Getting off a drug that is addictive must be done very carefully. Some people have to be hospitalized because they try to stop taking it themselves. Your body has to get use to not having the drug very slowly or it can be a shock to the system. This advice is for any one who is on any medication and who wants to stop taking it. A doctor is essential.
Especially if a person has been abusing the drug. One could die because of the withdrawal. The same is true for alcoholics. They should never stop or even try to stop drinking with out a Doctor helping them. Alcoholics die each year because of withdrawal. See a Doctor.
