Do i need a 13 or 15 inch laptop screen?
It depends on what you plan to use it for. Assuming you hold everything else constant (processor, RAM, video card, etc.) a smaller screen will net you lighter weight and longer battery life (less screen area = less power needed to fuel it), but it will cost you screen size (obviously). If you plan to be very mobile with the laptop (taking it to classes, coffee shops, meetings, etc.) then the lighter weight and longer battery life will probably be worth more to you than the extra screen space. If the laptop is likely to spend most of it's time in the same location and plugged in, then you won't notice the loss of battery life and added weight, but you will appreciate the extra screen area when (which is especially nice if you plan to do any serious amount of gaming/video watching with it).
In short, if you plan to use it on the go, go for the 14". If you plan to use it mostly as a desktop replacement, go for the 15".

Mac does not support 128-bit local network encryption, so - oddly - you must "enable" local network encryption... and then turn off the encryption! You must do this for every computer that you want your Mac to be able to see. Mac will see only "Shared" or "Public" folders, so you will need to move files you want to share to those folders. (Mac and Windows do not talk through Homegroup on Win7.)
Windows 7:
1) Click the START button and in the command text box enter "Security Policy"
2) The Local Security Policy box will open. (You must have administrator privileges to continue).
3) Click on the arrow next to "Local Policies"
4) Click on "Security Options" in the list that opens
5) Scroll down the right list until you find "Network Security: LAN Manager authentication level" and double-click that listing.
6) From the dropdown box that appears, change this setting to "Send LM & NTLM - use NTLMv2 session security if negotiated"
7) Click OK
8) Next find "Network security: Minimum session security for NTLM SSL based (including secure RPC) servers
9) Uncheck the box next to "Require 128-bit encryption"
10) Repeat if you have more than one of these listings
11) Click OK and close the security policy window
Windows XP
1) Enable File sharing from the Control Panel
2) Use the Shared Folders and move files there. It is possible to share from users folders, but this requires matching Users accounts in both MAC and Windows via SMB file sharing (not covered in this answer).
MAC side
Click the 'Done' button.
After you click the 'Apply' button, your network connection will be dropped. After a few moments, your network connection will be re-established, with the new workgroup name you created. Tha MAC settings below will show you the MAC side to do this; for the Windows XP side, simply right-click the folder and enable sharing with the MAC user.
You will need to go into your System Preference > Sharing settings to activate the specific users and folders to share bidirectionally.

Apple provides quarterly sales figures from which we can extrapolate a monthly figure (assuming each month is the same):
Apple sold in a month (figures from September 2010 quarterly report):
1.3 million Macs
4.7 million iPhones
3.02 million iPods
1.4 million iPads
Which gives a total of 10.42 million products sold in a month. This does not include software sales and small peripheral sales - adapters, chargers etc. which would probably put it at around 11 million items sold in a month.
How much should an apple computer cost?
It is not what it should cost it is what it doescost. An Apple 21.5" iMac desktop starts at $1,299. The 27" starts at $1,799 and the Mac Mini starts at $599. The Macbook Air laptop starts at $999 and the Macbook Pro laptop starts at $1,199. The Mac Pro starts at $2,499. You cannot buy an Apple computer at much less than this anywhere.
