Ahh, that's the big one. Ultimately, none of us ever totally get over our audition nerves. Make sure you have rehearsed whatever you are doing for your audition so thoroughly that it comes automatically, so you can do it even when slightly nervous. You probably want to take acting classes (I assume we are talking about acting auditions) to develop your confidence in your acting abilities. Even actors going on stage feel nervous. Most develop some sort of "ritual" which can consist of vocal or physical warmups, or meditation, relaxation exercises, singing a favorite song, or even prayer. It will get easier the more you do it.

The best way to land auditions for Disney Channel is to be signed with a licensed talent agency, and to live in Los Angeles, as that is where almost every Disney Channel show is filmed. Joining the actors union American Federation of television and Radio Artists (AFTRA) is a great idea, since all of Disney Channel's productions are under AFTRA jurisdiction. Waterloo road, from series 1-7, was filmed in Rochdale, greater Manchester but in April 2012 the set moved to Greenock to film series 8 and continued series. Internal monologue is when you are talking to yourself, in your own mind. It is usually used in literature to show what a character is thinking, even though the character isn't saying it out loud. The phrase is also used in Psychology sometimes to refer to what goes on in our own heads... what we say to ourselves as we go throughout the day.

it would be good if you had experience but you dont have to go. if you want to be on disney channel go to explore talent website. it will get you started on your acting career and you'll have a better chance of being on disney.
