Is Mice damage covered on car insurance?
It depends on what type of insurance you have and what the damage is.
Some insurance companies have a storage plan which basically fall under Comprehensive. Since mice can eat your headliner, your wiring, plastics, etc. it really depends on how bad and severe the damage is. They may not cover something like mice eating a headliner, but if they damage the cars wiring system and it consequentially doesnt allow your car to start, than the insurance company could very well cover the costs of the harness or any parts that may have been damaged due to the rodents. Like if the wiring shorted out the ECM (engine control module) due to rodents eating the wiring and the wiring touching when you started the car.

That usually means that if you have any injuries, they need to pay for your car and/or medical bill, Unless you caused the crash which doesn't make a big difference seeing as how you and the other driver are responsible for the crash. The person who was drunk behind the wheel of a car will have the book thrown at him/her, also will probably have to pay for the rest of their lives in restitution!! No bankrupcy will help in this case either, because it cannot be used in a court. So this drunk will have to pay.
In the UK it is a compulsory requirement for drivers of motor vehicles to be covered for third party liability (Section 143 of the Road Traffic Act (RTA) 1988) Driving a vehicle without third party liability cover is a criminal offence. Almost all claims generated by uninsured drivers are handled by the The Motor Insurers' Bureau, which is funded by a levy on individual motor insurance providers. Some claims are dealt with and settled by the insurance company of the injured party. So in short the law abiding UK motorist pays.
This depends on many factors, including the ability of the other person to pay for your damages. Some insurance policies will not require you to pay a deductible. Others will. If the other person can pay for the damages, you and your insurance will not have to pay.
If you have full coverage on our car and you run over a dead deer will they pay for damages in Ohio?
no it's not counted as an accident.
I don't know that specific answer but I do know from personal experience as a tow truck driver in Ohio that if you hit a deer and want to keep the deer meat that unless you get a tag from the dept of fish and game for that deer ( I think its called a waiver tag for misc. use but don't quote me on that) the insurance co. will not pay the claim. For example you hit a deer and you have full coverage, if you claim the deer meat without that tag( which you have the right to do but i would not recommend it) the insurance co. WILL leave you high and dry. Hope this helps.
