Can an evo9 drift what car would you recommend to drift in?

yes you can make it "drift" but all wheel drive cars are made not to slide, all you need is a rear wheel drive vehicle with enough torque to spin while slideing, if you are asking this question i wouldn't recommend starting off in an evo, maybe an old car you don't mind hitting a ditch or telephone pole.

Another way to drift an Evo is get a split torque converter or put a driveline in from a rwd car. Some good cars to drift in are s13,14 and 15 silvias, and other light rwd cars.

Who drove the Golden Angel Anglia drag car?

Henry Putman was the initial driver then the owner who was killed in the Valley Station Dragtrip return lane.

The "Angel" was owned originally by Hershel Powell who owned "Powells Pure" gas station on Berry Blvd in Louisville KY. The Driver/Owner that was killed in the "Angel" was Ed Payne. He was making test passes on the return road due to Ohio Valley being restriped and the paint was wet. The Straight axel broke on the passenger side causing the kingpin to break losing the front wheel sending the Angel into a cartwheel. Ed was not buckled in and was partially ejected...killing him at the scene. R.I.P. Ed Payne and the Golden Angel. 2 of Ky's Drag racing legend. The car has been "cloned" and is own by Louisvilles own "Deisel" Bill. The clone is a perfect replica and even runs similar times of the original Angel. It currently runs the "geezer gassers" curcuit.

There is a "Dedenbear RTD7 Reaction Delay Time Box, Race, Racing" on eBay sale ends 3 July.

Hope This Helps.

The Drag Reduction System or DRS is a device that opens a small gap in the rear wing, lowering the downforce at the rear of the car. How much money does it take to own a Nascar team?

This is a hard question to answer, the amount of money spent from Team to Team is enormously different. You must consider the number of people on the payroll, the size of the shops, the number of back-up cars, spare parts, haulers, equipment with-in the shops, "number of Teams", (I know you said "A" Team, but, when buying parts, equipment, cars, etc., buying in bulk or numbers, the aforementioned can be a little cheaper) and of course, the Sponsor(s) for said Team. The Funds provided by the Sponsors for some of your more notable Car Owners/Racing Teams ( like Hendrick, Roush, etc.) can exceed well over 25 million in a single year for a single Team. A much smaller operation con be considerably less, some teams operate on a race to race basis, because of no sponsors, and the shortage of money, out of pocket, so-to-speak. So your answer is: "Very little (less then $300,000.00 to get started, and a race or two), or Tons of money".
