However, there is a chance that they can become ill due to bacteria and parasites that would not be killed in the cooking process. Staph, listeria, and salmonella are all possibilities. If it happens once by accident, they will *probably* be fine. It is definitely not something to make a habit of though. Just keep an eye on them for signs of illness for a couple of days, but try not to overly worry.
