The basic gameplay rules are the same, but I'm sure there are certain managerial and coach rules that are different. I know that many little league coaches are not allowed to walk to the pitcher's mound. They have to stop at the foul line. I would assume there are slight changes in rules to NCAA as well, but nothing that would change the basic gameplay.

I'm not a baseball expert, but I seem to recall a rule against crossing in front of the catcher from one side of the plate to the other when the pitcher is on the mound without first calling time out. Maybe there are some baseball experts out there who can elaborate further. Yes. This is true. If the batter crosses from one side to the other while the pitcher is set to pitch, the batter is declared out.
