Actually, yes Utah does have many beaches. The first and foremost important beach is that of the great salt lake. It is one of the largest bodies of water in north America. And it is very salty, sometimes 13 more time salty then the Pacific ocean. So it is a year round attraction and it is wonderful to visit in the winter, because the water never freezes.

There are none near it. It is inland. You have to travel a couple of hours to get to some.

Many beaches have been developed and are well served with facilities for tourists, whilst others remain almost untouched. so approximately 18 beaches which is a lot because most of them cover the whole coastline , and some of them aren't even discovered!

There is a beach in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Its in the name of the city. This beach welcomes all residents and locals to the beach. You can also swim there and no fishing is allowed.
