Not really. They're in the same family of drugs (they're both benzodiazepines). But I have taken both, and they just don't feel the same at all. In my experience, Klonopin just makes you really sleepy. It doesn't make you happy and content. Just sleepy.

Valium, on the other hand, makes you feel great. Not euphoric, like a cocaine or heroin high, but just...it's sort of like being drunk, but in a less sloppy, loud, and wild way. It's like a quiet kind of drunk where you don't act loud and obnoxious and you don't completely lose your motor skills. You're just really, really relaxed and content. And then you go to sleep for like, 12 hours.

You dont want to ever mix any thing with crack.  It is way to harsh on your system.  Wait at least an hour after using before talking any other substance.  But Ativan has not caused any serious problems yet

First off, it is not a benzo. It is a Try-cyclic antidepressant. It's not going to give you a feeling that xanax or clonazepam would. It is a very different high that will end up putting you to sleep. It's not something nobody would even think about getting addicted to because of the actual high itself. It's sometimes too intense for people. Take it for your headache? Not to get high.

you will be pretty damn high i take 8 .5's when i want to get super messed up but 5 will leave you with slurred speech and distorted perception of time. do not i repeat do not take more than 2 or 3 unless you will not be anywhere near your parents or adults then if u take 5 be sure u have alot of time to chill alone so they dont notice how zoned out and slow you are

No. Benzodiazepines in general are a comparatively safe drug. 4mg of Xanax is an extremely low dose in regards to overdosing. Mixing Benzo's with other drugs at high doese can be potentially dangerous though.

if you've only been taking them for 4 days i highly doubt you're addicted. xanax isn't herion. take your last one at night, and see how you feel in the morning. you might feel a little tired or out of it, but 4 days isn't long enough to get addicted to the point where you'll have seizures. but if you really feel you need to ween yourself off, take 3 one day. the next day take 2 and three-quarters (use a razor blade if there's no marks to break it into 4 pieces). the next day take 2 and a half. then 2 and a quarter. do this until you get to the point where you're only taking a quarter of one a day, then when you're ready see if you can skip a day. good luck!

The best I can relate any benzo including xanax would be how a psychopath feels.
It completely inhibits any feeling of anxiety, so you have how you speak to people. It prevents you from feeling any embarrassment . It takes away my ability to feel any empathy for people also, so I can resort to violence easily if someone pisses me off when on a benzo. It makes me feel like I have the right to talk down to anyone. I don't feel fear about anything, I have been very close to getting hit on my bike numerous times because I cross and intersection without looking. Also if I get angry when on xanax, its hard to not result to getting physical because I feel so dominant and have no fear. Overall its a horrible pharmaceutical. The addiction potential is so high and withdrawals are horrible and you can die. So ya if your goal is to go around like a zombie not feeling any emotion like a psychopath, then benzos are the right drug.

there are only 2mg xanax bars, 3mg was banned from the us and im pretty sure if there was a 25mg bar, you would die.

5 mg of diazapam is perfect for anxiety.I have tried 10mg and its to strong.In my opinion when i take a 5mg for my anxiety its perfect.I do not take them every day only when i feel my anxiety coming.

Both of these medications are part of the Bendo family of drugs and are usually prescribed for mild to severe anxiety. Both of these medications have a calming affect that help settle ones nerves and anxious feelings. Usually one of these medications should dull the affects of an anxiety attack but if the dosage is low (Diazepam 2mg for instance, or Clonazepam .5mg) than maybe you need a higher dosage of either medication (Diazepam comes in 5mg and 10mg and Clonazepam 1mg and 2mg). Increasing the dosage would most likely treat your anxiety much better and would not force you to take both Diazepam and Clonazepam together. But if you are in a situation in which you can not increase your dosage than taking both together would be ok, since both do basically the same thing but just watch out for an overdose and the side effects. I take 6mg of Alprazolam (Xanax) a day one 2mg Xanax 3x daily and also 2mg of Lorazepam (Ativan) 1x daily. I have also been on Diazepam (Valium), 10mg Valium 5x daily. I have taken these medications together and have had no problem but the side effects will increase. Also another point to take into consideration is if you have ever taken any of these medications and have built up a tolerance or if it would be your first time taking the drug. If it would be your first time I would suggest that you stick to one at a time, see what each one does to you, the side effects and overall just how you feel. Once you have a feel for both then use your own personal judgment as to whether or not you should take both at the same time.

Yes of course you can but it is not reccomended. I keep my suboxone dose at 4mg and when i do bars i never do more than 2-3mg and have had no problems at all

The answer is YES and NO. They are two different drugs. Ritalin works on dopamine to make it stay for a longer period of time. Hence increase mental alertness, memory, no fatigue, increase concentration, euphoria, increase libido. On the other hand Xanax works on GABA receptors which partly relieves anxiety and is a short acting sedative too. So if both taken in combination the result can be excellent as well as disastrous. excellent in a sense that xanax cops with the adverse effects of Ritalin such as inc. heart rate, anxiety, insomnia etc. And disastrous in a sense that you are playing games with your brain. on one hand you are telling it to slow down while on the other you are wipping it to run faster than normal. Do the math!
