Does ALD affect specific populations of people more so than other populations?

No. It seems to be found in most groups equality. Since it is found on the X chromosome, males have one copy. Females have two copies. Since it is found on the X, females have a "good" gene that sort of covers the defective one. Males don't have that chance. So many more males have this than females.

What is defect leakage?

Defect leakage formula is software testing metric to calculate the number of defects that went undetected to next phase(s). Defect leakage is a important metric that indicates the efficiency of process, test procedures, testing phases. Defect leakage can be calculated across different phases with in SDLC. However, Defect leakage is usually calculated for the number of defects that went undetected to production environment.

Defect leakage is calculated as below

Number of defects found in current phase that were supposed to be found in previous phase

Defect leakage = ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- X 100

Number of defects found in the previous phase

e.g. If 40 defects were found during product testing and 5 defects were found in UAT and 2 in production environment then defect leakage % will be 17.5 % ((5+2)/40*100)

Heart defects tend to run in families. So, a medical history is important. Oh my gosh no! Green eyes are gorgeous. I wish I had them! Honey, if you got 'em, count your blessings. They're rare.

Green eyes come from having genes for brown eyes, but also genes for less concentrated pigment. Hazel eyes come from having blue-eye genes, and genes for less concentrated pigment.

Is there a connection with spina bifada and lately excruciating tailbone pain.?

I don't know about the relationship between spina bifada, but my father had what you describe as excruciating tailbone pain and his diagnosos was multiple myeloma. I'm told multiple myeloma is sometimes difficult to diagnose but that the tailbone pain is common.

The good news is that I know a man in my town who has had the disease (mm) for over 5 years and he is active and appears to be in great health.

Have there been any reported birth defects from women who have had the Gardasil vaccination when pregnant?

There have been none to date. However, pregnant women should not take the Gardasil vaccination becasue it is a new vaccine and all the data are not in yet. There have been limited studies on pregnant women taking it, and for now it seems to be safe, but is not recommended.

Pregnant women should wait until after the birth of their child before having the vaccine. If you find out you are pregnant after taking a dose of the vaccine, wait until after the baby is born to have the other doses.
