Check in your BIOS. Pressing F2 at startup (it could be a different key, it'll be displayed on your screen) will bring you into it. In there, there should be a section labelled "Onboard Devices Configuration". Go into that, and it will list your devices. Ensure that Bluetooth is Enabled. Then press F10 to quit saving your changes and reboot your computer.
