It is relatively easy. On the passenger side you have to remove the cover that is attached with a plastic knob. You have to remove three bolts that are easily accessible. On the driver's side you remove the small panel to get at the bolts. To remove the lights on the trunk you have to remove the plastic grommets that hold the trunk panel in place. The grommets are released by prying the button away from the grommet. I used a small flat bladed screwdriver to open it up then pulled the button off with a open ended wrench that I placed between the parts to remove the button. You will also have to remove the cable that hold the trunk release handle in order to remove the trunk panel. There is only one bolt that holds the tail light in place. Move the light to the outside of the trunk in order to slide the retainers away from the trunk lip.

If you're installing an aftermarket head unit in your BMW, you can't connect it directly to the speaker wires, since BMWs come with an amplifier. You have two choices: 1. Purchase an adapter harness (such as the Metra 70-8591) 2. Locate the amp and cut the the wires, then wire speakers directly.

It will probably cost you more shipping the car over from Germany, because the car was built to European standards not American. Why don't you look into the European Delivery Program? I know Mercedes-Benz offers you a discount on the vehicle, then you go pick it up from Germany, drive it around Europe for as long as you want then take it back to any of the designated ports and they'll ship it to America for you.

Are you looking at the BMW 328i or the 335i? Personally I Think the BMW is a lot better, they don't call it the Ultimate Driving Machine for no reason. But, it really all comes down to what YOU want. If your a driving enthusiast and love to FEEL the car when you drive then I'd say go for the BMW. If you enjoy a smoother ride and are not too worried about feeling the torque/horsepower in the vehicle than go for the Infiniti.

You don't remove the cover. Open your hood and look behind the headlight housing. The bulb will twist out of the socket. Install your new one and twist back in. make sure you don't touch the new bulb with your fingers because the oils on your skin will cause the bulb to wear out prematurely. Hope that helps!

The power steering fluid goes below the intake manifold in a 1992 BMW 325i. This is where the power steering reservoir is located.

In right rear corner of engine compartment is a black plastic box aprox 12"X12" with cover held on by 4 screws. Remove cover and see three silver modules. The middle one is the trans control held in place by two removable clips, Harness disconnects by lifting silver clip up and back. Good luck.

not very! all you have to do is get two vise grips or other clamps capable of squeezing a rubber hose and a screw driver. the fuel filter is on the driver side, just in front of the rear wheel. clamp off the hoses on each side of the filter, undo the hose clamps, remove the old filter and install the new one. make sure that you install the new filter with the arrow facing the front of the car. after you have the hoses hooked up and the filter secured, you should be ready to go.

When the power mirror adjustment button is selected to make the driver's side mirror active - that is, to adjust that mirror - the passenger's side mirror will rotate down when you shift into reverse. removing the thermostat on a 1997 BMW 528i series will be simple. First the fan will need to be taken off, then the cowl covering will need to be removed. After these parts are removed, the thermostat is in plain view. The hoses on the thermostat do not need to be removed on this car. The thermostat will removed by taking the two bolts off.
