There are many reasons why your keyboard may not work just some of them are:
- the USB at the back of the pc that connects the keyboard may be lose
- there maybe a a fault with the keyboard (get a new one like said above)
if it was a virus it may show up in your virus scanner.
if the whole computer is freezing not just your keyboard then there may be a pc issue there or there is a possibilty that there is a virus elswhere on your system. most of the time when i have a problem with a usb keyboard and the num lock, scroll lock or caps lock buttons/lights dont light up when pressed then when i re-start the pc it works, no idea why it just does. It is hard to determine what is wrong with not a lot of information, but before you go out and buy a new pc try these steps:
- check the connection between the usb and the pc (if a wireless one just check the connecton reconnect if nesseray, or replace the battries)
- restart your pc
- scan for viruses
- check your keyboard settings in control panel
try them in order, if it still doesnt work then you may want to get a new keyboard.
that is the best i can sujjest you try, the restarting thing if you have not tried that then it ussally works for me but there is not a lot of information to go by but at least there is some stuff to try.

The Answer above is wrong because on 100 doors game level 45 there is no AC, no knife, no balloon... on 100 doors game we have to answer for puzzle about pyramid, maybe the answer above is for other game (100 floors) not for 100 doors game. it's very different 100 floors game from 100 doors game, and because the question is 100 doors game so the answer above is wrong.
