While it is important for a person like you, (and me) to learn to trust people again after having our hearts broken in this way. It is also very important to learn to make decisions wisely and learn when it is correct to allow ourselves to trust again and when not to.

My personal opinion is that he has most likely not learned the lesson concerning betrayal of a lady's trust yet. You would most likely be much better off looking elsewhere for someone who is actually worthy of the great prize that you place in him, (your trust) and learn to trust again but choose wisely instead. You are valuable in your own right. As tempting as it is to lower your standard to this person right now, don't waste your time on something that you already know about.
