go up to your ex and tell him you are still thinking about him than ask him if he wants to be friends again but not boyfriend and girl friend. Don't tell you boy friend about this.

You need to completely rid him from your life...delete pics and messages from him, erase his phone number, get rid of anything that may be a constant reminder of what used to be. once you get rid of everything, focus on your current relationship. replace everything of ex with your current bf/gf. before you go to sleep, think about all the good things that happened that day with your current bf/gf. hope that helps.

Your boyfriend should make time for you so he can talk to you and tell you what's going on, but for him to go to his ex, was a bit stab in your back. You didn't really go into much detail, so if he just decided he won't talk to you for no reason (I doubt that) then tell him he either sits down and communicates with you or he can hit the road. Sometimes getting her back after a break may not be so easy. Depends on why you broke up in the first place. If it was for another woman, eeek, might not be good for you. If it was over a disagreement then be a man and go and appoligise. It's hard to say I'm sorry, but it's harder to see the one you love and not be able to hold her, to love her and to walk hand in hand with her.

It is hard for most men to verbally express and profess their feelings and prefer to do it when and if they want to not when asked or put on the spot. Sometimes they are also not sure what to say especially if the feelings are negative and have potential to hurt you and they don't want to do that.
