not only from bingeing to much but from having a heart attack and when you throw up you throw up all your water so you get dehydrated and so that leads to death too. and additionaly bulimia messes your throat and that can stick a lot of dangerous sicknesses to you.

ANSWER: OK I didn't believe this before but now I think he could actually be dead because a close friend of mine who says he used to work for the government told me that the real Josh Peck never lost weight and died due to health issues. Nickelodian didn't want to make a big deal and make Josh fans really depressed so they hired a man named Dylan Westler to pretend to be Josh Peck (he really looks like him!). I mean think about it. Do you really think he could have lost all that weight so fast?
