Yes! I have had my adult English Bulldog for a little over two years. While she has always had a flatulence "problem" recently it has gotten severe! Scouring the internet and meeting with our vet suggests that she is suffering from food allergies. I love my Bully but she is the only dog that I've known that makes noise when she passes gas! She can sneeze and do it, stretch and do it or lie there and do it all night long. The other night it was so bad that my Great Dane got up and left the room, opting to sleep alone in the back bedroom. (And he is a snuggle bug). I hope the diet change helps. Then, if she really is pregnant, I would call up the place where the dog got "spayed" and sue them but make sure you have a reciet or papers of some sort

The dog should not be bred until she is mature, around 2 years of age. You should also make sure she is a good example of the breed and has had her heath checks done. In other words, you should only be breeding to "better" the breed, not just for money. Females come into heat approximately every 6 months. Do not breed her on her very next heat cycle after she has whelped out pups. It is too hard on her body. Wait for the next heat cycle after that one. Remember that the English Bulldogs do have a lot of health issues and your female should be an outstanding example of the breed to be bred. You don't wish to pass on those genetic faults that she might have if you have not checked her out thoroughly. Talk to another breeder who is recognized in the breed. Educate yourself on the breed itself before breeding. Go to a local all breed Dog Show and talk to the breeders there, after they are through showing of course.
