a typical steel "30 pound" liquid propane tank weighs about 25-28 pounds empty.

hold about 7.5 gallons so a full tank will weigh about 55 pounds or so.

You can re-order them from the factory at 800-775-1965. Tell them your tent model number and the parts you need. I believe the tent pole part numbers are CPOL-392BL and TPOL-428RD but they will be able to verify.

Insert the pole in the loops from right to left. Then use the stakes provided to lash the tent to the ground on each side. Repeat for the back. The rain fly is attached to the poles using the Velcro straps provided.

Call the parent company, HKD Global at 888-280-7876. Be sure to have the part numbers for the item you are ordering: they supply branded camping supplies for a number of brands including Walmart's Ozark Trail, Broadstone, and Northwest Territory. My swift shade set does not have a part number listed for the fabric canopy, just the support frame pieces. No idea if they can replace it, or at what cost.

Camping is only bad for the environment if the campers are negligent with their duties to keep the camp areas clean. Some common problems from negligent campers are: litter, chemical emissions (from throwing random junk in the fire), CO2 emissions (Kind of unavoidable, but it can be limited), forest fires, and damage to plants and terrain.
