I have one of the Western Field 38 and after some searching on the internet I found a sight with OLD mossberg catalogs on it. http://home.epix.net/~damguy/catalog.htm it looks like mine is a Mossberg Model 35 with No.3 Peep Sight and and the mulit post ramp sight. I think the No.3 peep was a lower cost option than the micro-click. Mossberg did in fact make that rifle for Montgomery Wards.

If your outdoor adventure involves rock climbing then you will definitely need a climbing rope. They are an important safety feature for rock climbing because when you string climbing rope through carabineers, the climbing rope can break your fall if you slip. Also if your outdoor adventure involves boating or using a lasso, you can also use climbing rope. If you just hiking on a familiar trail on your outdoor adventure, you do not climbing rope.

To set up a 2-room Emerald Bay tent, first, lay out the tent body on a flat, clean surface. Assemble the poles and insert them into the designated sleeves or clips on the tent, creating the structure. Once the poles are secured, stake down the corners of the tent for stability, then attach the rainfly if needed for weather protection. Finally, organize the interior by dividing the space as desired, ensuring proper ventilation by opening any windows or vents.

Always best to put down a tarp first. A little smaller than the tent. First stake the four corners. Then put together the two long shock poles.

Slide them through the sleeves in the top of the tent and secure the ends into the grommet holes at each corner while raising the tent at the same time.Now take the rain fly and put it over the tent with the vents to the sides. Attach each corner of the fly to the corner grommets of the tent. Slide the small pole through the front of the fly and attach to holes in the tent. Secure all tie downs with the stakes that are provided. Enjoy,

Um,I'm pretty sure they would still be called a camper. I watched a video on a camp I'm going to and the directors called them campers.

I am working on the campmate 2 rooms high wall tent also. It consisted of three support structures. The center support is slightly higher, the trick is to keep the tubing structural together during assembly. Suggest temporary tape the tubing as you go. Other vintage tent have the same system.

Depending on the type of camping you are doing, the amount of time you will be in the wilderness and how strenous the work you will be doing you may want to consider the following options:

Camping in non-remote area for short period of time:Try bringing Beans, hotdogs, water, soups, marshmellows and dry nacks. Don't forget the can opener and the pots and bowls. This is recommended for short trips where you can have a cooler at the camp sight.

IF you are trecking into the wilderness and excerting lots of energy try the following:

Bring dehydrated meals or self heating meals which you can purchase at a local sporting goods store. Also, bring lots of clean water, some water purification tabs or a filter to remove any micro organisms if you need to get more water from a lake or stream on your journey. Also, pack lots of high calorie snacks for energy, I always like granola bars, nuts and dried fruits. You can expend over 3000 calories a day if you are doing alot of physical activity. You can get alot of ideas if you goto the local sporting goods store and look in their camping isle.

The three thicker poles are inserted into the plastic triangle which forms the top of the tent. Insert a pin on the O ring into each end of the poles. Attach the c-clasps around the poles. The longer poles are inserted in a similar manner. The blue pole is used for the front porch. Attach the c-clasps around the poles. Insert the metal pins through the loops to fully extend and secure the tent before attaching the tarp/rain-fly. The "Greatland" logo goes over the entrance.

a typical steel "30 pound" liquid propane tank weighs about 25-28 pounds empty.

propane weighs about 4.125 pounds per gallon and a "30 pound tank" will

hold about 7.5 gallons so a full tank will weigh about 55 pounds or so.

You can re-order them from the factory at 800-775-1965. Tell them your tent model number and the parts you need. I believe the tent pole part numbers are CPOL-392BL and TPOL-428RD but they will be able to verify.

A park is a natural or semi-natural area for people to visit; it may or may not have trees or forests within it, and if entirely man-made, may not have a fully functioning ecosystem.

Depending on the nature of the damage there isn't a good way to fix tent poles. Generally if they are bent, you can bend them back into shape, although they sometimes lose their structural integrity, making them susceptible to bending again in the future. Your best bet is to go to a gear shop and replace them altogether.

Minimal impact camping is when you go camping, hiking, hunting, or any other outdoor activity, particularly in wilderness areas, where you leave no evidence of your ever having been there. To set up a Greatland Model 15585 Tent with Rain Fly, unroll the tent and lay flat with the door facing the assembler. Connect the long pole segments that are held together with elastic cord. Insert the pole in the loops from right to left. Then use the stakes provided to lash the tent to the ground on each side. Repeat for the back. The rain fly is attached to the poles using the Velcro straps provided.
