To many people, cats are a lot cuter than dogs. Their almond-shaped eyes, small noses, medium ears, small paws, and variety of fur colors are the most noticed features.

When they sleep, they often sleep on their sides, with their paws at their muzzles or chest. This creates a toddler type appearance. To cat lovers, this appearance makes them feel happy, which, in return, makes them see the cat as cute.

I have 2 female house cats,and have never had them speyed as they only go outdoors when i do,

one of them has started squirting up things,first off it was just things in the garden but now she does it around the house,started off by things that were unfamiliar in the house,my sons new bike,a box from a Christmas present was sprayed up 3 times when it was put in the kitchen,

she has taken now to a wall near the front door and every morning i get up i can guarantee there will be sticky oily patches on the laminate around the base of the wall.

it has only been over the past 6mths or so she has been doing this and they are around 6yrs old now,

so my answer is yes whenever they are on heat some not all females will spray,what it is exactly im not sure,but it looks oily and when you wipe it up its yellow so i assume its a mixture of urine and something to attract a tom,

ive even bleached the wall down and sprayed it with cat repellant spray but it hasn't stopped her!

I have an extraordinarily feisty and high tension cat. I don't know what the causes of your cat's fears are, but some of the things that help me calm down my little fighter are: Putting him in one of his favorite spots--on the bed pillows or the cat "chair" near the desk. Singing or humming lullabye-style songs to him Stroking him from his nose to the back of his head Curling up near him--near enough to touch but not smother--and just placing one hand near his head or paws so he has the scent of me and can touch if he needs to Acting normal, but low key. I don't run the vacuum, watch screaming horror flicks or anything loud and I make sure my movements are abrupt or sudden, but if I am behaving normally--e.g., fixing dinner, playing on the computer, etc.--it seems to reassure him his life is normal too.
