Cats are a type of pet first domesticated in Egypt around 2500 BC. Today, they are very popular as companion animals worldwide. How many chambers does a cat have and how many chambers do humans have?

We really don't use the term chambers for lungs. We use the term lobes. Each lung consists of several distinct lobes. The right lung (the larger of the two) has 3 lobes - the superior,

middle, and inferior lobes.

The horizontal fissure separates the superior lobe from the middle lobe, while the right oblique fissure separates the middle and inferior lobes.

The smaller left lung only has 2 lobes - superior and inferior - separated by the left oblique fissure.

There are about 300 million alveoli in each of your lungs. These tiny air sacs provide an ideal site for the diffusion of gases into and out of the blood - also known as gaseous exchange.

Who is better dogs or cats?

It depends on what kind of person you are. Some people want a quiet animal just to lay around with and pet such as a cat, but others may want a playful animal, someone to take places, therefor a dog would be better. Not True, cats are so playful. Old cats are only cats that are quiet and dont do anything. Kittens are the most playful things!! their so cute!! Oh!! just got another point. Most people like CUTE pets. So they get a kitten, because it is cute. Dogs are ugly, but they play a lot. To me I think that it all depends on what you like, cats yes can be very playful but can also be quite lazy or quiet, but that goes for dogs too, dogs are usually very playful, but can also be lazy or just not that active. I don't think dogs or cats are better than each other, but they are two animals living in the same kingdom of life, that are sometimes very much alike.

Why aren't cats nocturnal?

Cats are more crepuscular, meaning they are most active during dawn and dusk. This behavior likely stems from their hunting instincts as they can take advantage of low light conditions to stalk prey efficiently. While cats can see well in low light, they are not strictly nocturnal because they are also able to adapt their activity patterns based on their environment and lifestyle.

Why Do Cats Hunt Birds?

Why do dogs fight cats?

I wouldn't think that dogs kill cats.They chase them.Why?

I read in this book that dogs chase cats is because a long time ago, Adam had this dog.

(As in Adam and Eve.)

Okay, so this dog was SO hungry he wanted to this sheep. Adam's BIGGEST sheep.

When he ate it, Adam got very mad, he wanted to complain to God. Now God did get a little angry to, so he wrote this note, saying that the dogs could anything on the ground.

As in: Sheep, Horse, Pig, and all those kind of things.

One day, Adam's dog got hungry again so he ate a horse.(I don't know if it's true but dogs might do that!)

Adam got really angry again, but the dog said:" No Adam! We still have the paper!"

Adam agreed so he said:" Dog, please get the paper so I can see!"

The dog had a friend name "Cat."

Back then Cat and Dogs were good friends

He told Cat to put it in a safe place. Cat did, in the oven...

Dog got angry when he figured that Cat said:" Sorry Dog! But somehow the mice ate the paper to have a nest!"

So, this is why Dogs chase Cats. And Cats eat mice. After that, Dog chased Cat and Cat ran away with Dog forever. That's why. I don't know if this IS real. Dog never came back, so Dogs really sniff other new dogs to say: "Are you Adam's dog?"

The dog would growl or bark to say: "No.That dog however must be you!"

I don't know if THIS IS REAL or not. I just read it on this book about dogs. Do not blame me once this is not true. Have a nice time :D

AwesomeDude4:

They do it because of instict. They are natural enemies out in the wild, and even though they are domesticated, they hate each other. DOGS DO NOT KILL CATS UNLESS THE CAT GETS THE DOG REALLLLLLLLLLLLLY TICKED OFF. which they do to everyone.

@AwesomeDude4 Dogs DO kill cats regardless of whether they are "ticked" off or not... not ALL dogs do, but some. Most dogs kill cats due to improper socialization and natural instinct, especially if the cat has a tendency to run.
