absolutely not. from experience chameleons cant stand other presence of other reptiles. anything that it finds threatening itll hiss and hiss and turn all sorts of colors. You'll just stress it to death. If you want them together you can possibly create an illusion habitat like I did. My enclosure is 6 ft tall and 3 feet width and depth but half of it is blocked off with a piece of acrylic with small holes.
