How do you stop false back child support collections?
You, personally, will need to visit the Child Unit of your local court system and fill out the necessary paperwork to plea for these collections to stop. A court date will be set and you will need to show proof positive that you are not behind in your payments, that you have made every payment (so far) on time and for the correct amount.
Here's the deal though: even though the child may have attained the age of 18, the payments do not stop automatically - the defendant must petition the courts to have it stopped. Those payments will not stop by themselves unless you become proactive about it ... that's the way the courts work.
What does child focused approach mean?
This approach to curriculum design is based on the underlying philosophy that the child is the center of the educational process. it means that the curriculum is constructed based on the needs, interest, purposes the learners knowledge skill, learnings and potentials
In general, expenses are not considered when determining child support (except for extraordinary expenses such as very high medical bills). Child support is based on a percentage of net income.
If you have some kind of contract or agreement or other legal-type document in which you agreed to support the child - yes, you can be. In the absence of such a document, and in the absence of a court order, MAYBE not. There is too much unknown about the situation for a definitive answer. For instance: Where was the child brought up and raised, in the US or overseas? The laws of the jurisdiction in which the mother and child lived may determine eligibility for a suit. Did the ex-girlfriend EVER file for, and receive, public assistance for raising the child? If so, the government that provided the child's monetary support will place a lien on you to reimburse the taxpayer-supplied money that was expended in raising YOUR child. Instead of asking incomplete questions for free advice you should probably be contacting an attorney for a definitive legal opinion or assistance on this question.

What if an adult instructs a child to hit a child?
The adult would find itself in trouble with the police, social services, and especially with the parents of the other child.
You don't. The mother's statement(s), even if false, does not relieve you of this obligation.

When karyotyping what 2 major pieces of information can be gained about a child before it is born?
It gives away the sex of the baby. XY or XX! X= Female Y= Male. Another one is whether the baby will have any type of genetic disorder/disease/condition. For example if three X's are present in a karyotype it gives away that the child has a syndrome thats called triple x syndrome. Or a karyotype with XXY sex chromosomes gives away that the child is male and has a disease thats called klinefelter's male. I hope you find this useful :).

Can child support be taken out of VA disability check?
Unfortunately no.
The process for collecting a childs portion of a Veterans Compensation payment requires to parent or gardian to apply for what is called an Apportionment. They will only begin from from the point the application is submitted.
However, if the veteran did something to interfere with this process such as hiding the fact that they were getting the payments then you would have cause. You could appeal this through the VA and there is a process for that. You could take it to court but that wouldn't be the right venue. It's not up to the court to divide food stamp cards either. It would technically be illegal to the language of the law but a court judge might be willing to make a favorable ruling based on the unlikely chance a higher court would overrule them on the issue. It would not be seen as doing "major damage" since the court was not taking the veterans money or ignoring the authority of the VA to do apportionments.
it is staturory rape yes i think he will or will not pay but either way he is going to jail
Truthfully, not too good. A baby is most likely to be left with the mother. Although if there are drugs or domestic violence involved it changes it drastically. Your two sons might be an influence as the court wouldn't want to separate the children and that is a positive for you. Also any property you might have owned before the marriage might influence the courts decision as if it is your house (purchased before the marriage) you all currently live in it is also to your favor. Good Luck.
yes if they feel that they want to make the choice on their own or something...
