They bake them longer, the longer that a cookie is baked the drier it gets and the crispier it gets.
No body invented chocolate chip cookies they were just the first person to try and make egg less chocolate chip cookies.
If your chocolate chip cookies are getting a bit hard after they cool, just place them in a tupperware container with a slice of bread. The cookies will soften by drawing the moisture out of the bread. It's not a recipe, but I use it everytime I make cookies and it works like a dream! Enjoy your soft cookies!!
also... if your cookie recipe doesn't have sweetened condensed milk or just normal condensed milk, try adding some into the recipe, it makes them really nice and moist too. (plus you get to eat the leftover milk... yum) that bread idea is interesting too, I'll have to try that.
also if you buy a packet of chocolate chips it will often have a chocolate chip recipe on the back that you can looks at and theyre pretty good recipes!!
Yes. I didn't spray it one time and all the cookies stuck to the pan.
You are baking them too long. Pull them out of the oven just before they look brown, they will cool and still be soft. you will need to practice to get the time right....
I bought them. They are called Piggily wiggily fuges
A small cookie may be 5 or 6 grams, but a large or jumbo cookie could be 10x or 15x that.
