How do you adjust the idle on a Chrysler 2.7L engine?

The idle is computer controlled and is not adjustable.

Althought the computer does make adjustments to the idle, the spring in the idle air valve softens from age causing a higher than desirable idle speed. The idle air valve has a round silicone plug on the center of its exterior. Remove the silicone to expose a plastic 5mm allen screw. Turn it clockwise to tighten the spring which lowers the idle or counterclockwise to raise the idle. If it still idles too fast when at proper operating temp, there is a set screw on the other side of the throttle body that can b adjusted but chances r your problem is all with the idle air valve needing adjustment or replacement.
