The coolingeffect of Lidocaine is about 35 min. Inject your dose into your Penis.... the stitch is openly said inconvenient and I advice you to smear some Xylocaine gel 2% on the skinsurfuce and take a very tiny size needle (n. 18´I did use). Wait about 2 min after the stitch.
And that's all..... you only need to cut with the "clean" scalpel your foreskin as far you like but please do not cut in your glans.
Of course every cut is bleeding and the circumsision too and heavily.
I took some "clean" handkerchieves trying to stop bleeding which worked quite well......

A CORRECTION after YOUR CUT IS POSSIBLE OF COURSE IF YOU DID NOT CUT STRAIGHT or you did not everything cut away what I did on my first cut because I was too much excited and all this blood I had to see made me very doubtful.
But please wait for every correction at least 1 week because the area of the first cut is still under fire. Circumsision is not very difficult to perfom I should say. Everyone can see what is redundant and what is necessary on "his " own. Also get some advice on youtube video. They also show you how to do it...
