On 50mg clomid days 3-7, I made 3 mature follicles and a bunch of small ones that won't mature. We did timed intercourse after a trigger shot, but not sure if it worked yet. We'll see. From what I read, most doctors will cancel the cycle if there are 4 or more follicles because the risk of multiples is too high.

That is difficult to say. From what I know, and I am not an MD, just well-read, it only increases your chances if that is the dosage that causes you to ovulate successfully. In other words, if 50mg failed to cause ovulation then 100 may work or 150 or even 200. See, it depends on your body's response to the concentration of the drug, which mimics estrogen in your body. One thing I think is that higher doses may very slightly increase your chance for multiple egg release, ergo multiple births, usu. no more than triplets with clomid though.

Hi, you can take it anytime of day, as long as you take it the same time each day. Try to take it when you do a certain activity so you remember, like if you go to work the same time each day. I take mine at around 2pm as that's when i come in from work.
If you do forget to take it, take it as soon as you remember as its better than not taking it at all, but don't ever take 2 pills on the same day, if you miss a dose you will just need to talk to your doc.
