However Codeine being an opiate depressant(downer) can be dangerous when mixed with a stimulant(upper) such as MDMA. If you are referring to a standard five-panel drug test, it will not. However, you need to take into consideration that hydrocodone will show up as an entirely serpate - and more frequently tested for drug - narcotic opiates. Benzodiazepines are completely different than hydrocodone and most drug tests will not go for them - unless it's an eight or ten panel test. If you are being tested for drugs, and you are on hydrocodone without a prescription, STOP. You'll get busted. Plain and simple
