Landon Pigg is the artist. The title of the song originally is called "Coffee Shop" off his debut album, but iTunes made a mistake when they first published the song and entitled it "Falling In Love At A Coffee Shop" -- therefore Landon later changed the name on his album so there would be no confusion. It's kind of funny if you think about it. :-)

Cingular has had different commercials that have featured a variety of songs. According to Screen Actors Guild and The American Federation of Radio and Television Artist Crystal suffered a terrible accident and was living in Chicago until recently relocating back to Los Angeles just in time to reap the benifit of residuals on the Verizon commercial.
