small drawings that you need to use a computer like butterflies
By product designers. It can also be used by engineers or architects.
to create and modify appearance of objects.
CAD stands for computer-aided design and drafting (CADD). It is technology for design and technical documentation, it is the use of computers to aid in the creation ,modification, analysis of a design.
i dont know how but i know that engineering industries do!
sorry... dont know anymore
peace....

any computer can do it. All you need is a basic 2D/3D GPU depending if it is 2D or 3D CAD. The min spec of the computer is very minimal. It would probably run on a Pentium 3, and all other components will be OK as long as they were made less than 10 years ago. CAD isn't very demanding at all
Robotics is a wide field it is also subdivided into many catogories such as mechatronics, artificial intelligence etc.
Now a days the humanoid robots are in the top of the inventions . it is assumed that after few years we will not be able to differentiate between a robot and a human.
The main body parts and actions of the human have transformed into robot but only the real thoughts expresions and feelings are left.
Some robots also have expressions .....but not quite similar to humans....but the human brain is not too easy to interprate as a robot. And also after several hundred years ...the robot brain will not be able to compete with the humans.......because we humans are unique...........but if the brain is totally captured then it will become much easier to make robots like humans and to destroy humans..................!
Latest innovation in the field is RoboFisher, which allows you to control a robot from your computer or mobile device. The robot is fishing in a real lake and you may control the entire process. Just genious.
In traditional computing terms, the basic element of computer graphics is a pixel, the atomic (not divisible) unit of display. It can be "Off" (=of background color) or "On" in any other color out o the supported set of colors, but it can't be halved.
In modern computers, pixels still exist, and all the above is still true. However, with today's very high resolution screens, the dimensions of an individual pixel hardly matter any more. Therefore, the basic elements of computer graphics of a modern computer system are points, straight and arced lines, and basic geometric shapes such as ellipses, rectangles, triangles and trapezes.
To proof my point, I refer to modern 3D animation software, software which was used to create popular and (technically) awe-inspiring movies such as Monsters, Inc or Toy Story, to name just two. In these tools, shapes as complex as the entire body of a hairy monster are composed of (many) points, straight lines, and triangles.
Therefore, the basic elements of modern computer graphics are points, straight lines and triangles.
Input device is a device you plug into computer. For example: mouse, keyboard...
C.A.D -- Computer Aided Design.
A CAD system can be used to create diagrams for an item that is going to manufactured. The designs can than be changed into a program for a CNC machine to run from to manufacture a product.
CAD helps manufactours produce design products at a quicker rate and at higher standard.
CAD is used by architects to create floor plans which are in turn used by engineers to create construction drawings for electrical power, mechanical HVAC and structural steel. These drawings are used by construction companies that do the actual building construction.
At least $399.99 is the cheapest AutoCad.
^^ i dare to say otherwise, the 2011 edition is almost $4,500 so why would 2010 be $400? would make MUCH more sense if it was at least $2,000 or $1,500. well at least the kind of AutoCAD i get is that much, i but the fabricating, technician and industrial kind with lathes, plasma cutters and welders. so thats why mine are like super exspensive..
There is no real difference. You could say that Computer Aided Design includes CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) tools, such as Finite Element Analysis.
PSK and QAM modulation have two advantages over ASK:
*They are not as susceptible to noise.
*Each signal change can represent more than one bit
PSK Disadvantage
more complex signal detection / recovery process,
than in ASK and FSK
QAM advantage:
· data rate = 2 bits per bit-interval!
· higher data rate than in PSK (2 bits per bit interval), while bandwidth occupancy remains the same
• 4-PSK can easily be extended to 8-PSK, i.e. n-PSK
• however, higher rate PSK schemes are limited by the ability of equipment to distinguish small differences in phase uses "two-dimensional" signaling
• original information stream is split into two sequences that consist of odd and even symbols
· PSK modulators are often designed using the QAM principle, but are not considered as QAM since the amplitude of the modulated carrier signal is constant. QAM is used extensively as a modulation scheme for digital telecommunication systems. Arbitrarily high spectral efficiencies can be achieved with QAM by setting a suitable constellation size, limited only by the noise level and linearity of the communications channel.
· Noise immunity of QAM is very high.
· QAM is best suitable for high bit rates.
· Low error probability.
· Baud rate is half the bit rate therefore more effective utilization of the available bandwidth of the transmission channel.
These are the relationships between CAD and other software and hardware. More CNC machines nowadays can get the drawings straight off cad to machine it.
HDL means hardware description language. These are the computer programming languages used to describe hardware. By doing so one can virtually realize hardware and test it. Verilog HDL is one of several hardware description languages available.
A multiplexer, sometimes referred to as a "multiplexor" or simply "mux", is a device that selects between a number of input signals. In its simplest form, a multiplexer will have two signal inputs, one control input, and one output. An everyday example of an analog multiplexer is the source selection control on a home stereo unit.

CAD is used in order to construct diagrams that will bedistributed between Engineers to create what you desire. Inaddition, it is also use to calculate the amount of material that willbe essential when constructing the foundation and the design itself
A moving coil microphone is used for a variety of audio applications primarily for recording and sound reinforcement. It can be used in a wide range of situations from professional recording studios to live performances and is the most common type of microphone in use today. Its versatility and reliability make it a great choice for many different applications.
Moving coil microphones offer a number of advantages including high sensitivity low self-noise and low distortion. They are also relatively inexpensive and easy to use making them a popular choice for many different audio applications.
A three dimensional display utilizes a varifocal vibrating mirror which reflects the screen on a CRT. The varifocal mirror is vibrated at a rate synchronous with creation of frames on the point plotting CRT. A video source is utilized of the type having red, green and blue outputs utilized for normally creating color display. However, the coding is such that what would normally be interpreted as red, green and blue outputs of the video source are instead interpreted as x position, y position and intensity information for a CRT accepting x, y and i signals. A depth or z coordinate is implicitly encoded in the video source at the position within a single frame of the video source where the corresponding (x, y and i) values are stored. This position can be the relative position on a magnetic or optical disc, or position around a magnetic drum. In one embodiment of the invention a raster graphics system utilizing a frame buffer is utilized. The frame buffer is divided into buckets, and the particular bucket within the frame buffer where an (x, y, i) display point is stored corresponds to the z value or depth coordinate of that point. Techniques are disclosed for interactive modification of three dimensional displays utilizing the look-up tables and registers in a standard raster graphics display system for achieving image rotation, transformation, scaling, spatial windowing, intensity windowing, cursor control, cursor inking, and blinking.
The 'Contents' box on a Wikipedia page is created automatically when the page has more than three headings. A heading is made by placing two equals signs on each side of the text. For example, in the article about William Shakespeare, the first heading says, "Life" in large and underlined letters. This is caused by typing
==Life==
in the edit window.
There are some precautions you should take when handling diskettes. Never let your fingers touch the hub or force the disks into a hard drive.
